5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Paramount promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach. Paramount is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.
6. Fees and Execution

8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, methodologies, and branding associated with Paramount remain the property of Paramount or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Platform's underlying technology, analytical models, or trademarks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paramount and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
